Bent Road Distillery - Newmake Cane Spirit

Based on Bundaberg Refinery molasses, this is a characterful unaged cane spirit, AKA "newmake".

(We can't call it rum.... yet... because the legal definition of 'rum' in Australia requires aging in barrel for 2 years.)
